Soya Chunks

Soya chunks are made from defatted soy flour. Defatted soy flur is a byproduct when extracting soy bean oil . It has a protein content which is equal to that of meat, so often used as a meat analogue or meat extender. It is quick and also easy to cook, with protein content comparable to certain meats.
