Soybean Meal

Soybean meal is the product remaining after extracting most of the oil from whole soybeans. One of the most commonly used proteins, its high in energy. It is used as a protein source in animal feeds for the production of poultry, beef, pork, milk, butter, and eggs. Also the meal is used to make defatted soy flour, soy protein concentrates and isolates, and textured soy protein products.
