Soya Protein TSP

Textured soy protein (TSP) is a processed food product and it is made from soy protein concentrate by giving it some texture. TSP is available as dry flakes, chunks, slices, crumbles or bits, also uncolored or caramel color and contains about 70 percent protein. TSP may be used alone as meat replacement or with meats to make a wide variety of products.
