Boldo Leaves

Boldo leaves are strongly aromatic, similar to cinnamon or bay leaves and, it add aroma to dishes. They are used in fish dishes, sauces, mushroom dishes, pickled vegetables and gravies. The leaves of the boldo plant are used as culinary spice and medicinally.
